Join us on Saturday, April 18 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 4096 Blue Spring Rd NW in Huntsville, AL, for a free medical outreach offering a wide range of services. Attendees can receive vital signs checks, blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, cholesterol testing, ENT evaluations, ECG heart checks, urinalysis, medical consultations, eye examinations, and personalized health education and counseling. This outreach is designed to support individuals and families by making essential preventive care accessible at no cost.
